To operate Ray-Ban Meta glasses you need to connect your glasses with a smart phone and the Meta AI app. Here’s the complete checklist:

Returns are rare for Ray-Ban Meta glasses — we’re sorry something didn’t work out with your purchase.
To return your Ray-Ban Meta glasses purchased online, follow these steps:
Fill out the return form:
Before proceeding with the return, fill out the form you can find HERE. Once submitted, our team will contact you to provide all necessary instructions and a prepaid return label.
Prepare the package for return:
If you still have the original box, place the glasses inside along with all accessories, including the charging case, and seal the package. If you no longer have the original box or it’s not in good condition, don’t worry! We’ll send you a return kit containing everything you need to safely return your Ray-Ban Meta glasses. Download the instructions for preparing your return here
Erase your personal data:
Before sending the package, make sure to restore the glasses to factory settings to delete any personal data or recordings. Then turn off the glasses.
Send the package:
Once ready, send the package following the provided instructions and using the label we sent you. If you requested a return kit, you’ll find the printed label inside it. In this case, please wait until you receive the return kit before shipping your Ray-Ban Meta glasses back.
You can view and download the Ray-Ban Meta manufacturer warranty policy here. Any manufacturers' defects are covered under warranty. The Warranty lasts for one (1) year from the date of purchase of the Product. However, if you purchase the Product from within the EU or EFTA, the Limited Warranty Period shall be two (2) years.
